![]() ![]() So here, instead of getting even odds for my initial bet and 6:5 for backing it up, I get 2:1 for both? Good God. True odds on making a point at 5 are 6:5 (or 1:2.2 in the bizarre notation of Assassin’s Creed), and at a craps table they don't pay true odds on your original pass wager. Hazard is essentially the basis of craps – except these are the best craps odds I've ever heard of. If these are really the payouts, then, I really want to play this game next time I hit Las Vegas. In the video for the other solution, for instance, the guys at RoosterTeeth bet 15,000 florins and get it back plus another 30,000 when they hit their point at 5. They mean 2:1 - your initial $3 bet gets paid back plus $6 more. Normal notation is that a 1:3 bet pays back an initial bet of $3 its initial $3 plus $1. ![]() ![]() By the way, for those of you who are trying to play the game, they write the odds entirely wrong (not you, Link, you put down what they say in the game, not your fault). ![]()
